Basic Training Unit 39 – Day 48

(Saturday Inspection)
The men of Unit 39 have lined for inspection every Saturday.
The cadre inspects both uniforms and rooms; the standard is perfection.
This Saturday, the recruits met the standard and passed for the first time. Few units pass this early in Basic.
The traditional reward for passing is a party complete with a cookout, ultimate frisbee and ice cream.

PRAISE GOD! We are praising God for all that He has done! We have been lifting up our sons and their squad mates in daily prayer for a successful and passing Saturday inspection. God has indeed shown His faithfulness.

This blog has been a great blessing–we search it out each day to see if there are any new postings! It has put flesh and blood on our prayers. Not only do we pray for our son, John, but we pray for all the guys–some in name, but many more by face, thanks to the photos! God is faithfully working in these men’s lives. and through them many more.
