Basic Training Unit 39 – Day 50 (part 2)

(PT Test)

Recruits took the ALERT Physical Fitness test this morning. Passing the test is a requirement to complete Basic Training.

The PT Test consists of three components: The 2-minute max pushup, the 2-minute max situp, and a timed two mile run.

Thank you for posting pictures online, it is great to be able to get a glimps of them and sort of see what they are going through.

I think it is wonderful that you all give us a glimps of our sons in action. I am always looking for a chance to see my son. The whole family is at the computer trying to pick him out of the group. Thank you.
