Mar. 16 – Unit 47 Advancement and Advanced Training Briefing; Red Carpet Day
Mar. 17 – Winter session ends; fly-out date
Mar. 19 - Spring session begins for ERT Unit 47 and Advanced Training
May 25 – Unit 45 Graduation, spring session ends
May 26 – Fly-out date for spring session
July 7 – Summer furlough ends; fly-in date for summer semester
July 9 – Cadre Training and Advanced Training begins
July 23 – Basic Training Unit 48 fly-in date/R-night
Sept. 21 – Unit 48 Advancement; Advanced Training Briefing; Red Carpet Day
Sept. 22 – Fly-out date for those leaving after Advancement; fly-in date for Paramedics
Sept. 24 – Fall session begins for ERT Unit 48 and Advanced Training
Nov. 30 – ERT Unit 48 completion
Dec. 1 – Winter furlough; fly-out date

All incoming flights depending on ALERT transportation from the airport must be scheduled before 2 PM, and must have an ALERT Transportation Form filled out and sent into the transportation department.
All out going flights depending on ALERT transportation from the airport must be scheduled after 12 PM, and must have an ALERT Transportation Form filled out and sent into the transportation department.
