Accommodations are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis when we receive your completed registration form and with complete payment. If requested accommodations are full, we will confirm the next type of housing for you and put you on standby for your first choice.

Campus Map
Campground Map – 2011 Update (8.5×11)
Ponderosa Campground
Located on the Campus of the ALERT Academy and directly across the street from the Convention Center. Over 150 electrical camping sites, some with water hook-ups, plus over 100 primitive sites for camping. Bathhouses with restroom facilities are scattered throughout.
Primitive Campsites
$15 per night per campsite*. 1–6 people; add $1 per night per additional person.
Electrical sites
$20 per night per campsite*. 1–6 people; add $1 per night per additional person.
Electrical sites with water
RV Sites = $25 per night*. 1–6 people; add $1 per night per additional person.
The following configurations are available:
- One vehicle and two tents
- One vehicle towing one camping trailer and one tent
- One motorized camper (motor home or bus) and one tent
- One additional passenger vehicle or motorcycle may be parked at the campsite if space permits
Other campground information:
- There are no sewer hookups, but a dump station is available to registered campers.
- Bathhouses are available throughout the campground.
- A limited number of picnic tables are located throughout the campground. Note: some campsites have picnic tables; others do not.
Pine Lodge Cabins
- Air-conditioned cabins sleep 3 people (Set of bunk beds and single bed)
- Linens are supplied
- Bathrooms and showers for the cabins are in the Pine Lodge Building
Guest Lodging (Dorms)
- Air-conditioned rooms sleep 4-5 people. (Configuration A-Double bed, single bed, set of bunk beds, Configuration B-4 single beds)
- Private Rooms sleep 4-5 with a private bathroom.
- Semi-Private Rooms sleep 4-5 and adjoin through a double size shared bathroom
- Linens are supplied.
- Ironing boards are located in each hallway.
- Coin-operated washers and dryers are available.
- Each wing (4 rooms) shares a kitchenette which includes a microwave and a refrigerator.
Early Arrivals/Late Departures
Arrivals will be accepted beginning Monday, April 23. Late departures can be arranged when making initial reservation.
Cancellations and Changes
Room payments to be made with reservation—$20 is non-refundable if cancellation received before April 6; $50 non-refundable from April 6-23. No refunds for cancellations made on or after April 24.

Pets
For the convenience and safety of all of our guests we do not allow pets. Those that bring pets will be provided with a list of local kennels and asked to board their pets elsewhere.
