Quest SCUBA Diving Course
ALERT‘s dive instructor will offer a beginners dive course that will give students an opportunity to achieve the Open Water certification from the National Academy of SCUBA Educators (NASE). Enrollment is limited, and due to various eligibility requirements, acceptance is not guaranteed. Cost is an additional $295.
Application for Quest dive training is a two-step process.
1. Please attach a separate sheet of paper to your Quest application indicating your intent to apply for dive training. In order to maintain an acceptable student/instructor ratio, the number of students accepted will vary based on the number of available trainers. Order of consideration will be based on the date your application is received.
2. Once you have been notified that you are being considered for Quest dive training, please carefully complete the forms below, and submit them with payment when they are finished.
