Brooke Hendrich and her family moved to ALERT’s campus in 2000 when she was 6 years old. She loved growing up as a “staff kid” and helping in various volunteer positions throughout the years. After completing high school, Brooke began working full-time as the ALERT registrar. She has greatly enjoyed the wide variety of her responsibilities, from recording grades to repairing two-way radios. Brooke goes back with her family twice a year to their farm in Kansas where she loves working outside, operating farm equipment and spending time with extended family, while keeping up with her office work remotely. Seeing God change lives through the ALERT program is what keeps her encouraged each day.
